Over the last decade, I have gained extensive experience in formally coaching significant numbers of C-suite colleagues and emerging talent. As a Henley-qualified, Hogan-certified coach, I have a deep understanding of leadership and career development, and I am able to provide client-focused coaching to support individuals in achieving their goals. My coaching approach is centred on personal ownership, helping individuals take control of their career and development by identifying their aspirations, strengths and potential derailers.
I support individuals in smoothly transitioning into new or larger roles. Whether it's a promotion within the same organisation or a move to a new company, I work closely with individuals to help them navigate the transition and develop the skills and competencies they need to succeed in their new role. By providing guidance and support, I help individuals build the confidence and resilience they need to thrive in new environments. I take a strengths-based, 'less is more' approach to coaching, supporting individuals to focus on doing a few things really well rather than trying to tackle too much at once. This approach ensures that individuals can make meaningful progress towards their goals without feeling overwhelmed or demotivated.
“I was fortunate to experience a bespoke leadership, development & coaching program with Nick Worrall Consulting. From day one the course was tailored to my specific goals, with each meeting following a plan we had agreed on, but also including time for reflection and visioning, which was particularly helpful as I found myself evolving from session to session. Through Nick’s ongoing direction and support we created a toolkit of techniques to help me with my objectives, which have remained at the centre of my professional and personal journey. I would recommend Nick Worrall Consulting to anyone who finds themselves at a point in their career where they are ready to rebrand, improve and learn persisting skills to embrace the present, overcome challenges and plan to get the best from their future career path.”
