As an experienced HR professional, I work closely with executives to develop and execute effective people and talent strategies that align with their business objectives. I cover a wide range of areas, including talent acquisition, development and assessment, organisational change and development, diversity and inclusion, top team coaching and development, and colleague engagement.
I develop talent acquisition strategies and provide guidance on talent development and assessment, helping companies identify, retain and develop their high-potential employees. This can include conducting a full Hogan assessment of an employee’s values and preferences, strengths and potential blind spots/derailers to help them reach their full potential.
I am well versed in organisational change and development. I specialise in helping companies navigate complex organisational changes, both organic and inorganic (M&A, IPO), and ensure that these changes are implemented quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the business.
Diversity and inclusion and the future of work are pivotal to the success of any organisation. I work with companies to develop strategies that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including setting achievable targets and taking positive action to create more inclusive cultures. This encompasses the organisation’s approach to hybrid working, and keeping abreast of evolving thinking globally.
I provide top team coaching and development to help executives realise their potential and achieve their business goals. This includes one-to-one coaching sessions, as well as group workshops and training sessions designed to improve teamwork, communication and collaboration within the executive team.
Finally, I provide insight and analysis to help companies measure the commercial outputs of their people strategy, including colleague engagement levels and the effectiveness of their reward policies. By providing data-driven insights and recommendations, I help companies make informed decisions that help drive business growth and success.
