Having previously held group HR director positions in three companies (PE-backed, FTSE 250, FTSE 100), I have a proven ability to influence and communicate at all levels, finding the best commercial solution to the people issue. My consistent focus on ethics and diversity has allowed me to deliver the people strategy and drive commercial performance without compromising the integrity of the company.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience across sectors in facilitating successful growth, both organic (new divisions/geographies), and inorganic (IPO, acquisition, integration).
In addition, I have significant experience of running HR functions and have led many HR functional restructures. With this background, I act as a career coach, guide and mentor to CHROs and aspiring HR talent as they restructure their function and kick start their own career for maximum commercial and personal benefit.
